In a recent town hall meeting in Barcelona, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed to a small group that when hiring a new employee, the answer to this simple question helps him determine if the person would be a good fit: Would I be happy working for this person? "I will only hire someone to work directly for me if I would work for that person," Zuckerberg said.
I had an "AHA" moment when I read that. Pretty neat!
