Jamal Rutledge a teenager being charged with criminal mischief and burglary was being booked when Officer Franklin Foulks fell to the ground in front of him and started clasping at his chest inside the jailhouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Jamal noticed the officer was in trouble so he got up and kicked the fence, yelling for help. Other officers showed up and were able to restart Foulks's heart with a defibrillator. Jamal is to be commended for his actions.

Awwww! This is just so touchy. Restores my faith inhumanity. Would you be so graceful and kind to someone who is about to probably help put you away?
