According to reports, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are being sued by their former nanny. The New York Daily News is claiming that former nanny Simonette Da Costa has filed a lawsuit for allegedly being made to work 100-hour weeks, without being paid overtime. Court documents have been filed in Manhattan Federal Court, where she describes being on duty all day every day, and often being unable to sleep, eat or take a break.
In the publication, the court documents state that Da Costa earned between $6000 and $7200 a month, and was not paid at all for her frequent overtime.
