Sordid Details of Mariah Carey and Nick Canon's Divorce leaked

TMZ is reporting that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have a prenup with a confidentiality clause. The prenup also states Mariah came into the marriage with a lot money and is worth about $150 million while  Nick came into the marriage with a little less than $500K. Although he has since made millions. According to TMZ, when they married, Nick bought Mariah's engagement ring for $500,000 but took a loan out for $470K. The ring was reportedly worth $2.5 mil, but that's not what he paid.

So its not only ordinary folks that borrow money to pay for a ring. Now why would you spend so much on ring when you clearly cannot afford it? It must have been hard trying to impress Mariah.
