Two people including a pilot, are dead after a plane crashed into the ground, investigators in Denver said. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) announced that they found video that showed the pilot taking selfies before losing control of the plane.
The video recordings revealed that the pilot and several passengers were taking selfies with their cellphones during the night, using the flash function of their cameras during the takeoff, climb and flight. It is highly likely that the cellphones caused distractions for the pilot as there was no evidence of technical problems with the plane, investigators said.
