A brave girl managed to escape the clutches of her mother and from the rape of her mother’s boyfriend. The 8-year-old girl of Ohio, ran to a neighbor’s house and told them that she had been sexually abused by her mother’s boyfriend numerous times.
Police were called after the girl told her neighbor that her mother held her down while her mother’s boyfriend sexually abused her in her mother’s bed. Police in Columbus, arrested the mother, who was not named to protect the identity of the child, along with her boyfriend,
Alberto Hernandez. Franklin County prosecutors said that the mother restrained her own daughter as her partner raped her on a number of occasions. Hernandez is being held on bail of $2 million, while the child’s mother is being held on bail of $1 million. The 8-year-old girl is now safe, and she was placed in the custody of her biological father.
